It is a new technique of semi-permanent makeup that creates natural, flawless eyebrows
using a super-fine pen. It’s perfect for people who want to have fuller, well-defined
eyebrows, or who want to reshape their eyebrows.
Microblading is ideal for those who have over-plucked, thinning eyebrows, sparse or no
eyebrows. This technique can create eyebrows, be used to help cover up scars or gaps,
create an arch, and fill in the eyebrows. Microblading is a great fit for anyone wanting to
enhance the look of their eyebrows. The hair-like strokes result in a natural looking
eyebrow, regardless of the current condition of the brows.
Microblading is done by depositing pigments into the epidermis using a very fine “blade”.
Technically it is a grouping of super fine needles.
Microblading is a type of eyebrow tattooing, but instead of utilizing a machine, a handheld
disposable “microblade” is used to make each hairstroke. These hairstrokes are each
individually drawn to give the most natural eyebrows . A well-
experienced and skilled artist can create gorgeous and natural looking eyebrows.
● Generally, there is less discomfort with this procedure as compared to other forms of permanent makeup.
● Microblading can give a more natural result.
● A manual tool is used instead of a machine.
● It does not resemble a usual tattoo as hair-like strokes are “drawn” in a more natural direction.
● The pigment used gradually fades over time.

The questions asked during your initial consultation are critical not only to the end-result…but to your health and safety as well. Answering honestly and being open about things like medications, health concerns and prior procedures is imperative. We cover a lot of information in our consultations and we want you to be confident and ready prior to any work being done…so questions from you are not only welcome…but expected!
Avoid sleeping on your face for 7 days after the procedure.
No Sun, sweating, or tanning after the procedure for 10 days.
Avoid direct shower water on the treated area after the procedure. Apply Vaseline prior to showering to prevent soaps and shampoos from getting on the treated area.
No swimming for at least 10 days…or until the area is completely healed. Salt water and chlorine can cause the pigments to fade or change color.
Only touch the treated areas with clean hands. Do not rub, scratch or pick the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate. Picking can cause scarring and loss of pigment.
Over the next couple of days, your tattoo will look good and any redness should go away. Then you will notice that it will start to look duller and can even form a little white haze to it. You may see some scabbing form as well, or mild flaking. This is all normal.
Generally, 4 to 6 weeks…but everyone’s skin is different. Color intensity will be darker immediately after the procedure, and will slowly fade more as healing continues. Your new permanent eyebrow will go through several phases during the healing cycle. The color of the pigment will soften gradually. This might give you the impression that the color pigment is fading too quickly, but it is a normal part of the process. After the healing process is complete, you will be ready for your touch-up.
Understand that the touch-up appointment is part of the total procedure…and not simply a second full session. After approximately 4-6 weeks, the client will come back in for a touch up session. This next session allows the artist to see how your skin has received the ink and make any adjustments. Everyone’s skin has different undertones, so ink color may need to be added to adjust. These corrections are part of every microblading process and necessary to make sure every client loves their look.
Numbing cream contains Lidocaine. So if you have a Lidocaine allergy be advised you will have to do the procedure with no numbing. This can be more uncomfortable…but is generally tolerable for most people.
…but if you are pregnant or breast-feeding we can not move forward with the procedure due to hormonal stress factors.
A 48 hour notification is required for cancellations. Cancellations inside the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price
“No-shows” for a scheduled permanent cosmetics session will be charged the full service price of the procedure.
